vessels

According to Howard Rasatti's Theory  - 'Craft'  should contain, support or cover.
If the piece essentially functions as one of these three - it may be considered craft.
Of course, its function does not always dictate its purpose.

These vessels are all capable of containment - the very word 'vessel' expounds this, however, their purpose is not to not only  contain - but also to simply be themselves - to function as form.
